Nile Exploration own and operate three sister ships (identical three ships) on the Nile:

MS Royal Orchid Nile cruise
MS Serenade Nile cruise
MS Royal Rhapsody Nile cruise
Nile Exploration fleet is specifically designed to cruise the Nile all year, with full air conditioning, on board water purification and the most up-to-date marine engineering and navigation technology, certified to the highest international standards for safety and comfort.

The Royal Fleet set new standards for space, facilities, cuisine and care. With only half the conventional number of guests we can devote more space to lounges, sun decks, restaurants and bars, and provide larger and better equipped suites and cabins.

Each experienced crew equals the number of guests to ensure constant care and attention, and to demonstrate the warmth of Egyptian hospitality.

Our chefs cater for all culinary tastes: International, vegetarian and Egyptian.

The Nile is Egypt and Egypt is the Nile" - thus ran the classical wisdom of Herodotus and it is as true today as it ever was.

Today, as it was 6000 years ago, life hugs the banks of the Nile and its fertile river valley. The ancient monuments scattered along the riverbanks contain the history of vital power struggles for control of the river and its territories, while even where historic relics are sparse, the life of the fellahin, the Egyptian peasant, continues at an almost changeless pace.

This luxurious cruise vessel is 72 metres in length, 13.5 metres wide and has 4 decks. Sister vessel to the MS Serenade and launched in 2001, it is built to the high specifications of Germanischer-Lloyd Class, it is equipped with the most modern navigation and communication systems. The sound, air-conditioning and water purification systems on board are state-of-the-art. 63 passenger cabins, all 19 sq.m. in size, with custom-made furniture, picture windows and bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, safe and TV. The public rooms on board are spacious and decorated in neo-classical style and the restaurant accommodates all passengers at one sitting with a combination of waiter and buffet service. Concerto lounge and Jules Verne bar, gift shop and laundry service. The vast Clair de Lune sundeck is divided between a sunbathing area with sun beds, split-level pool, jacuzzi and deck bar and a shaded area with tables and chairs
