LOCATION
The Sonesta Sun Goddess sails between Luxor and Aswan on the Nile, one of the world's most beautiful and famous rivers, for 4- and 6-night cruises.
ARCHITECTURE
The Sonesta Sun Goddess is five-star cruise ship and was built in Cairo by Belgian interior designer José Vanden Bossche in 1993. The five-deck ship measures 77 meters in length, 11 meters in height and 14 meters in width. The ship was awarded the Certificate of Excellence from the American Bureau of Shipping (A.B.S.) and classified as A-1 river service.
GUEST CABINS
58 standard cabins, 2 senator suites, 1 presidential suite and 1 royal suite with private lounge. All cabins feature panoramic windows, private direct-dial telephones, hairdryers, safety deposit boxes, mini bar, music system, individual climate control, television and movie program. Bathrooms are equipped with full-size bathtubs.
RESTAURANTS & BARS
Main Dining Room
Serving breakfast, lunch buffet and a la carte dinners.
Lounge
Serving light meals for lunches and dinners, also a wide range of Cocktails and Beverages.
Sun Deck Bar
Overlooking the Nile, offering refreshing Cocktails all day until sunset.
NIGHTLIFE
Discothèque, belly dance show, captain's welcome cocktail party, fancy Galabya Party and Nubian folkloric show.
FITNESS & RECREATION
Outdoor swimming pool with bar service, billiards, table tennis and massage room offering therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments.
FACILITIES & SERVICES
In-Room dinning available until midnight. Water is fully purified, filtered and softened before distribution. Barbecue area on deck, fully equipped conference room for up to 16 persons (round table), International telephone line and Internet access.

Daily guided excursion to ancient Egyptian sites. Kitchener's Island, Agha Khan Mausoleum, Temple of Philae, temple shared by two gods Sobek and Haroeies
in Kom Ombo, Temple of Horus, Valley of the Kings and Queens, Temple of Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, Colossi of Memnon, Karnak and Luxor Temples, Temple of Dendera.
