Day 1:
- Arrive at Cairo Airport: Meet, assist through passport control formalities, luggage identification & transfer to your hotel. - Check in at Hotel. - Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2:
Breakfast. Then drive to the three famous Pyramids of Giza, erected by Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus, guarded by the mysterious Sphinx, which is a mythical statue with a body of a lion and a human head. The three Pyramids and the Sphinx are one of the Seven Wonders of the World and the most important tourist site in Egypt. (Camel ride at the Pyramids can be arranged during the visit upon your request).
(Optional) Then full day tour to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, housing around 250,000 antique pieces. Covering the whole history of ancient Egypt, which extends over the past 5 thousand years, among these pieces the most magnificent treasures of the young King Tut Ankh Amon.
(Optional) Dinner Cruise including transportation, dinner, Belly Dancer, Tanura Show. Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.
Day 3:
Breakfast, free day. (Optional) Over day Tour to Alexandria (Greco-Roman Museum, the Roman Theater & the Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa). Transportation Cairo-Alexandria-Cairo (by air conditioned bus) includes a visit to Greco-Roman Museum (Filled by collection, which covers the period from the 3rd Century BC to the 7th century AD Like Mummies, Hellenistic statues, bust of Roman Emperors, Tanagra figurines & early Christian antiquities). Follow by a visit to the Roman Theater (A theater with marble seats up to 800 spectators, Galleries, Section of mosaic flooring & a pleasure garden surrounded by Roman Villas & baths). Then visit Pompay's Pillar and Quaitbay Citadel. Then a visit to the Catacomb of Kom El-Shoqafa (Tombs on three levels, also contains The Triclinium where relatives used to sit on stone benches to feast the dead, a center with relieves of bearded serpents. Inside, there are 2nd Century AD statues of Sobec & Anubis wearing Roman Armor), Then visit the Montazah Garden and Alexandria Library. Transfers to the train station for your overnight train to Aswan. Overnight Seat train to Aswan.
Day 4:
Breakfast: can be individually requested on train for about 3 USD.. Arrival Aswan, meet and assist by our local representatives. Transfer to your hotel. Free time. (Optional) Full day Tour High Dam-Temple of Philae Island unfinished Obelisks. Excursion drive to the High Dam. After its visit proceed to the Granite Quarries, the unfinished Obelisks, and Old Aswan Dam for a motor – boat excursion to the Temple of Philae Island. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 5:
Breakfast, Transfer by A/C private bus to Abu Simbel, arrival Abu Simbel, Transfer to the Cruise. Embarkation before lunch. Lunch on board. Visit the Temples at Abu Simbel. Dinner on board. Overnight at Abu Simbel.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Sail to Kasr Ibrim Fortress. View from the boat Amada, Visit the Temple of Amada, Ed Deir and the Tomb of Penut. Return to the cruise. Lunch on board. Sail to Wadi El Seboua. Visit Wadi El Seboua, El Dakka and Mehraka. Return to the cruise. Afternoon tea. Dinner on board. Overnight at Wadi El Seboua.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board. Sail to Aswan. Visit Kalabsha temple, Beit El Wali Temple and Kiosh of Ketassa. Overnight in Aswan
Day 8:
Breakfast on board. Disembarkation after breakfast. Transfer to the train station, departure by train to Luxor, arrival Luxor, meet and assist by our local representative. Transfer to your hotel in Luxor. (Optional) Sound and light laser show in Karnak temple. Overnight in Luxor
Day 9:
Breakfast. Free Day. (Optional) Start your full day tour visit The West Bank (Valley of the Kings, Queens, Colossal of Memnon and Hatshepsut Temple) Excursion to the Necropolis of Thebes, on the Eastern bank. Crossing the Nile, drive to the Valley of Kings; visit the tombs of various Dynasties, The Temple of Deir El Bahari. On the return journey stop at the Colossi of Memnon which are two gigantic sitting statues representing Amenopis III facing the Nile. Then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. (Optional) Hot Balloon: Should you want to make your stay in Luxor an unforgettable. Drifting peacefully over the Valley of King, Valley of the Queens and the Mountain on the Nobles. Overnight in Luxor.
Day 10:
Breakfast. Free Day. (Optional) Full day tour to the East Bank. Excursion to the Luxor Temple to see its courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses the Great. Proceed by carriage or bus to Karnak, which is a serious of temples built in different reigns. Starting by the Avenue of Sphinxes visit the Unfinished Propylon, the Hypostyle Hall with it's 134 gigantic columns, the Obelisks of Queen Hatchepsut and Tutomosis III, the temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, the Granite Scarbeus of Amenophis III and the Sacred Lake. Transfers to the train station for your overnight train to Cairo. Overnight seat train to Cairo.
Day 11:
Breakfast: can be individually requested on train for about 3 USD. Arrival Cairo, meet and assist by our representatives. Transfer to your hotel. (Optional) Departure from hotel to start your full day tour visiting Sakkara Cemetery for Memphis, used continuously for 3,000 years. See the earliest monumental stone tractor in Egypt, a stepped pyramid built for King Zoser (c. 2650 BC). Then we visit the Old part of Cairo, as Egypt was one of the first countries to embrace Christianity. We visit the Church of Abu-Sergah and St. Berbara. The hanging Church, and the Coptic Museum which has a large collection of Coptic arts and antiquities dating from 300-1000 B.C., We will also visit the old Jewish Ben Ezra Synagogue. (Optional at night) Sound and Light Show. Overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 12: Breakfast at the hotel our representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you at the airport through final departure formalities.
